  Dr Waddell has delivered both of my sisters babies and that's why i went with him. Reschedule lady at the front desk is always rude. NP has gotten my info mixed up twice. They let me go my entire pregnancy with an issue that i was un aware of and didn't mention it until the month before i was due when they tried to do a random exam. When i asked why i wasn't informed about it they blamed it on me and said i never answered the phone when they called 6 months prior. Mind you, i had been going into every appointment and even asked how everything had gone and was told i was fine and so was the baby. never one time was this issue mentioned to me. When i tried to leave Dr Waddell pulled me into his office and then proceeded to say the same thing. It was my fault for not answering their phone call. This is one issue. Also, my Anatomy scan was scheduled for 21 weeks. Went in, waited 3 HOURS after showing up early, just for them to tell me that they had mixed me up with another patient and were over booked for ultrasounds but could get me in if i wanted to wait another hour or 2... Needless to say, i had to reschedule and my SO was unable to make the next appointment so i had to find out my babies gender without him. Third thing, My work called in my FMLA papers and faxed them to the office. Took them almost two months to fill them out. I got a notice from my job that i would not get my LOA approved if it wasn't filled out. I then had to get an extended due date. Called the Dr office and was told they never got my papers, THEN was called back the next day and was told they had my papers, they had misplaced them and that they would get them sent off... very annoying. Everyone that i spoke with that used this Dr had great reviews and that was not the case what so ever with me. Now at 34 weeks pregnant.. i am having to find a new Dr and not only that, have to come up with $400 to switch because my refund form this one wont hit until 4-6 weeks by that time, my baby will be here. All the other issues were small compared to them completely failing to inform me of an issue i was having that could seriously affect my daughter if it's not treated throughout my pregnancy. I was completely un aware of it until the month before she my due date, The issue hadn't been touched. No one apologized for their mistake, or tried to make it right, instead they blamed it all on me.
