- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been visiting Dr. Lakshmanan for 3+ years now. Stephanie is fabulous! She always goes above and beyond to help me get services and prescriptions because I am a self pay with no insurance coverage to help. That said this past year I have been very disappointed with the new staff and the way the front desk is run. When I called a week ahead to ask about rescheduling my appointment, I was told there were no available appointments for at least a month and I could not get my meds refilled. Their newest receptionist was so rude that I just decided to show up at the office and offered to wait all day, since my visits are just follow-ups and don't take more than 5-10 minutes. within 20 minutes I was able to see the Dr. Lately they have taken to not answering the phone ... at all. you must leave a message and they will call back...sometime hours later. Their office hours are absurd and they seem to be avoiding afternoon appointments whenever possible. I also wondered about the cost of the visit.
