- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Should be (and will be) reported to the Texas veterinary control. My son took his severely wounded dog there, with a check from my wife (who cannot leave the house) and her credit card just in case. They called and said they won't accept either without her there, despite speaking to her and her offering all types of identification (and we are in the phone book).
