  If I could give 0 stars I would. This place looks disgusting. Multiple people smoking out front. I scheduled an appointment and the lady said they accepted my insurance. After waiting awhile they told me they did not. I explained how far I had driven. They were not sympathatic professional or polite at all. If this is just the front I hate to imagine what low level of care is provided.

  I am forever appreciative for this office and the staff here. All of them. No one was rude or short tempered, no one made me feel unwelcome or like I was an inconvenience. I needed to be seen, as a new patient in the middle of a major panic attack and was immediately gotten in and treated with respect and dignity. I've watched each one of them take abuse and remain consistently friendly until they have been pushed too far and then they are stern and matter of fact, not rude. We used to bring our youngest to this office and would wait forever to be seen. However, recently that has not been the case. It seems as though they have made some changes in policy about being on time for your appointments. I for one appreciate it. Here's the long and the short of it. Be on time for the appointment you scheduled. Have respect for the other patients time and the doctors and therapists time. If your appointment is at 10, get there at 9:45....Dont complain when you show up late and then have to wait or can't be seen. That's your lack of responsibility not the clinic staffs. Speak to the staff with respect and you will be respected. (remember they are humans too and everyone has bad days).

  I love this office. While the office isn't fancy, and honestly needs to be updated, the care makes you not even notice. The counselor is amazing and Dr. K is so helpful. He listened to my concerns with my meds and communicated back to me on a level I could understand. I'm grateful to have finally found a place that cares.
